Overview
Eric Wright Construction undertook this £15m, residential development to deliver 101 no apartments/townhouses across over 3 blocks around a central courtyard.
Scope of Work
West Lancashire Group were appointed to complete the Design & Installation of the full spectrum of Electrical engineering services, working as part of successful project team to provide an integrated and considered design and installation.
A key element for the development ensured that value engineered solutions were fully considered and evaluated and part of the approved design process.

Eric Wright Construction undertook the re-build of this existing apartment development to replace structural and general build elements.
Simpson Street Apartments – Manchester
New build MEP Design & Build for 66 no apartments, including ancillary space and sub-basement car park located within the Northern Quarter of the city centre.
Phoenix Apartments – Manchester
New build MEP Design & Build 75 no apartments, with exposed concrete frame facilitating design and installation challenges to ensure exposed MEP services are detailed to provide a featured installation aligned to the building fabric and architectural detailing.
All key MEP systems interfaced to adjacent Mill Building for ease of site management.
Bengal Street – Manchester
New build 75 apartments with feature roof top gardens, basement car park, including offices to the lower floors.
As exposed concrete frame facilitated design challenges due to the exposed nature of the MEP services. Fully detailed utilising Revit/BIM to provide a featured installation aligned to the building fabric and architectural detailing.
