West Lancashire Group was originally established in 2012 as an Electrical Contracting company, in 2014 due to client requirements our Facilities Maintenance Division was formed to initially assist with the long term planned maintenance requirements of our completed contract works.
The FM Division has now developed into a Nationwide Facilities Maintenance service for a broad spectrum of diverse organisations throughout the UK.
Due to continued client demands for a single source of MEP design, installation and responsibility, the company established its Mechanical Division in 2016 facilitating a MEP integrated building services approach, further supported by our FM Division providing post completion planned and reactive maintenance where required.
