West Lancashire Group were appointed to complete the Design & Installation of the of the Electrical engineering services, also supporting the client team as lead MEP Consultant for the works

As exposed concrete frame facilitated design challenges due to the exposed nature of the MEP services. Fully detailed utilising Revit/BIM to provide a featured installation aligned to the building fabric and architectural detailing.

New build MEP Design & Build 75 no apartments, with exposed concrete frame facilitating design and installation challenges to ensure exposed MEP services are detailed to provide a featured installation aligned to the building fabric and architectural detailing.
