Project Overview
This scheme consisted of the development of an open grassed area on the land of a former farm to provide a community sport and leisure complex with a dedicated training ground for Fleetwood Town FC.
The project included the new build of a training clubhouse which features 7 modern changing rooms to FA guidelines, offices, a new gymnasium, dance/ fitness studio, Physiotherapy suite, classrooms, meeting rooms, a function room and restaurant ‘Cross Bar & Grill’ which features indoor and outdoor dining
The new facility was opened by Sit Alex Ferguson on 20th April 2016
Scope of Works
Working closely with all consultancy teams in partnership with F Parkinson, on this £7million development, West Lancashire Group developed the full MEP Engineering systems to facilitate our client’s requirements.
With a fast track remodelling and refurbishment programme to provide new integrated Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Power, Data, Fire and Ventilation and Air Handling systems.
