We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis.

  • Can read mechanical drawings and understand programmes
  • Is confident dealing with site issues and coordinating with other trades
  • Takes pride in quality, organisation and getting the job done properly
  • Is prepared to travel and work away when required

Importantly, we’re also open to someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.

If you’re an experienced Mechanical Foreman, Senior Mechanical Engineer or Supervisor with the right technical knowledge, attitude and willingness to take on more responsibility, we’re happy to provide the training and support needed to develop you into the role.

You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of mechanical packages, work closely with our Contracts and Operations teams and progress with a growing business.

What we offer:

  • Permanent position
  • PAYE or CIS
  • Good rates of pay depending on experience
  • Long-term projects
  • North West and wider UK work
  • Travel and accommodation when working away
  • Opportunity for progression

Our projects include commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, leisure, sport, retail and refurbishment/fit-out.

Based in the North West, but we’re happy to consider candidates from across the wider North West and further afield who are comfortable travelling/working away.

If you’re interested, send us your CV along with a brief summary of your current role, experience, current rate/salary and the type of projects you’ve worked on to admin@westlancsgroup.co.uk.
