Project Overview
Specialist Bank, Oak North, has moved into a new office in Manchester at Ship Canal House.
The office, which has capacity for 60 people, has 3,238 sq ft of space and is located on King Street.
Scope of Works
Working closely with Denton Associates, West Lancashire Group developed the full MEP Engineering systems to facilitate our client’s requirements.
With a fast track remodelling and refurbishment programme to provide new integrated Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Power, Data, Fire and Ventilation and Air Handling systems.
