Disabled Refuge / Assisted Call systems / Hearing Enhancement systems
DALI EMPRO Emergency lighting and central testing/monitoring system
Natural Ventilation Control integration / Automatic Opening Ventilation Controls
Lighting & Emergency lighting
Central DALI networked lighting control
Raised floor clean earth Power busbar distribution
Mechanical Services power and controls wiring
Part L Metering via Modbus COM-X data

Fraser House Building – Lancaster
Krol Corlett Construction undertook this £4m refurbishment of the Fraser House Building part of the White Cross estate in Lancaster on behalf of Lancashire County Council, the project was to create flexible, desirable office space over 3 storeys to suit the requirements of Lancaster’s Businesses.
Bengal Street – Manchester
New build 75 apartments with feature roof top gardens, basement car park, including offices to the lower floors.
As exposed concrete frame facilitated design challenges due to the exposed nature of the MEP services. Fully detailed utilising Revit/BIM to provide a featured installation aligned to the building fabric and architectural detailing.
