Project: CAMHS – Chester

Overview

New build Child & Adolescent Mental Health Unit, £10.5m state of the art facility for children and young people for Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Foundation Trust. This new unit is a ‘Tier 4’ facility providing in patient and day patient care for people with severe and complex mental health conditions. 26 beds together with day spaces, central nurses’ station, seclusion suite and 4 bed PICU.

Cumbria County Council – Dementia Extra Care Homes

The sites which are located in Carlisle and Whitehaven created two new build 60 bed Dementia Extra Care Homes for Cumbria County Council.

The projects ran concurrently with a 6-week programme window between the sites creating operational efficiencies for our site installation teams in delivering these new facilities for Cumbria County Council.
