Overview
Located in the heart of the City, The Tramshed set a new benchmark for student accommodation in Preston. Featuring extensive interior designed communal facilities including café and social spaces, games facilities, fully equipped gymnasium, landscaped gardens plus dedicated quite/collaborative study areas.
Scope of Work
Full Design & Build of Electrical Engineering services 319 bedroom/studio apartment student accommodation facilities including social/study spaces, gym and retail space.
Fast track programme, with sequenced handover of 30-bedroom units per week.
