Project Overview
New Build creative Student Social Space buildings within the University’s existing City centre campus. This £8.2m scheme provides nearly 20,000 sq ft of new social space over two sites linked to both the Greenbank and Harrington buildings.
These exceptional facilities provide staff and students a multi-purpose space to complete studies as well as a creative social space.
Scope of Works
West Lancashire Group completed the Design & Installation for these creative spaces that includes suspended LED colour changing feature lighting for multiple event use, flexible power provisions via in-screed floor trunking, fire alarm, security systems, CCTV, Cat7 structured wiring and PA systems.
