The former trading floor of the Manchester Stock Exchange has been named as one of the World’s Best New Luxury Hotels.
MEP design and installation under D&B contract to form a boutique 5-star hotel including luxury Penthouse and Suites, Restaurants, Private Lounges, Conferencing, Michelin 2* chef commercial catering facilities, plus all back of house and support services.
Working with an international team of architects, structural engineers, planners, fit out specialists and interior designers to create this world-class hotel facility.
Scope of Works
West Lancashire Group were appointed as the key MEP supply chain partner working with the client’s teams since the very first development strategies, maintaining a pro-active and progressive approach to the design and installation of the MEP systems to align to the complex nature of this Grade II Listed building.
